1. Treasury Bills Auctions are held every Tuesday and successful bids are settled the following Friday.
2. When either of these days falls on a Public Holiday the auction takes place on the first working day immediately before.
3. Interest is always calculated on the actual number of days involved.
4. Bids on Tender forms, which are available from the Treasury, are to reach the Treasury by 10.00 a.m. on the tender date. Such bids
may either be made directly to the Treasury or transmitted by fax on 25967210 or by e-mail.
5. Only offers with a definite yield shall be considered.
6. 28 day tenor minimum amount is €250,000, other tenor €50,000. Above this minimum must be in multiples of €1,000.
7. With regard to the tenor, the following days will apply:
1 month = 28 days
9 months = 273 days
3 months = 91 days
12 months = 364 days
6 months = 182 days
8. The tenderer shall accept any portion of the sum for which he has tendered at the same yield as that for the whole amount he has
tendered for.
9. The persons whose tenders are accepted will be informed accordingly on the following day.
10. Settlement of amount allotted is to be made by not later than 10.00 a.m. on the date on which the relative Bills are dated. Payments
may be effected either by cheque, made payable to the Accountant General or by bank transfer to the credit of the Public Account, Account
number 40001 EUR-CMG5-001-H, with the Central Bank of Malta. The value date is to be the issue date of the Treasury Bill.

Standards, prepared under the auspices of the European Committee for Standardization
(CEN), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the European
Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) and International
Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), as Maltese National Standards. Therefore, in
addition to being European and/or international Standards, the MCCAA has approved
and endorsed these Standards which now have the status of National Standards as
from the date of this Government official publication.

In exercise of the powers conferred by articles 22 of the Malta Competition and
Consumer Affairs Authority Act (Kap. 510), the Malta Competition and Consumer
Affairs Authority (MCCAA) has adopted the following European Standards,
prepared under the auspices of the European Telecommunications Standards
Institute (ETSI), as Maltese National Standards. Therefore, in addition to being
European, the MCCAA has approved and endorsed these Standards which now
have the status of National Standards as from the date of this Government official
publication.

for the provision of meeting venues, catering services and
other logistic arrangements in relation to the implementation
of the Malta National Work Programme – European Year for
Development 2015.

That they tried to communicate with Carmen Portelli,
in Australia, who however has shown no interest in these
procedures.

jogħġobha ai termini tal-Artikolu 806 tal-Kap. 12 tal-Liġijiet
ta’ Malta, tordna li l-atti tal-kawża fl-ismijiet premessi
jgħaddu fil-persuna tal-esponenti Lucienne Portelli u Doreen
Portelli, u tinnomina kuraturi biex jirrappreżentaw lill-eredi
assenti Carmen Portelli, u dan taħt dawk il-provvedimenti li

you to the bill of exchange signed by you, which bill of
exchange matured on the 8th March, 2013 (Doc. A), and not
withstanding that this bill of exchange matured until today,
you failed to pay the balace of the said bill of exchange in the
amount of €22,036 and consequently you are in debt with
the interpellant in the sum of €22,036.

fuq indikata eżegwibbli ai finijiet u effetti kollha tal-liġi, u

Although this bill of exchange today it matured, you failed
to come forward to pay the balance of the said bill of exchange.

the interpellant is rendering the said bill of exchange above
mentioned executable for all the purposes and effects of law,
and solicits you so that within two (2) days from the date when
you receive this judicial letter you pay the amount due by you,
with interest from the date of maturity of this bill of exchange
till the date of effective payment.

The interpellant warns you that the court which is competent
according to the value of the bill of exchange or promissory
note may by decree which shall not be subject to appeal,
suspend the execution of the bill of exchange or promissory
note in whole or in part, and with or without security upon
an application of the person opposing the execution of such
bill of exchange or promissory note to be filed within twenty
days from the service of the judicial letter filed for the purpose
of rendering the same bill of exchange or promissory note
executable on the grounds that the signature on the said bill
of exchange or promissory note is not that of the said person
or of his mandatory, or where such person brings forward

this Court upheld the demand with the condition that the
applicant informs the Court five days before she goes abroad
with the minor with all the relative details.

That from that day till today, the applicant had gone abroad
to Canada various times. On the other part, the respondent
is showing no interest in the children. He is not paying any
maintenance.

permanenti l-Kanada flimkien maż-żewġt itfal imsemmija.
That the applicant wishes to establish herself permanently
in Canada together with the two children mentioned.
Għaldaqstant, l-esponent jitlob umilment li din l-Onorabbli
Qorti jogħġobha tvarja d-digriet tagħha tas-26 ta’ Frar,
2008, b’tali mod illi tawtorizza lill-esponenti tistabbilixxi
r-residenza tagħha l-Kanada b’mod permanenti, u dan taħt

Thus, the applicant humbly pleads that this Honourable
Court varies its decree of the 26th February, 2008, in such
a manner that it authorises the applicant to establish her
residence in Canada permanently, and this under those

liri (Lm25,000), equivalent to fifty-eight thousand, two
hundred thirty-four Euro and thirty-four cents (€ 58,234.34)
within a week from the cause in the names Maria Tabone vs
Paul Vassallo et is decided by the Honourable Court.
