Nagar (Mohali) िन वदा द तावेज और अनुबध ं क शत सा.अ.िस.नगर के सभी काय दवस मुख, िनमाण एवं अनुर ण भाग सेमी-कंड टर लेबोरे टर (एससीएल), से टर 72, म 1000 बजे से 1600 बजे के बीच (क) पंजीकरण के द तावेज स हत (ख) 02.01.2015 तक क अविध तक पछले सात वष संतोषजनक काय करने का जसक लागत 7.81 लाख नह ं है अथवा इसी संगठन /के य का स हत ट ड एस माण प 9.77 लाख से अिधक ा पय से कम नह ं है जसम के य उपकरण संगठन म इस कार के कए हए ु ह । इस ले ाउ डस, पेवम स आ द का काय कया हो। माण प जो क अनुसूिचत/रा 2014 तक समाि इ लो रं ग, ाइवेट पाट तुत करना होगा। (ग) कम से कम 3.91 लाख यकृ त बक (i) जसम इस तरह के काय कार के दो काय जनक लागत 5.86 लाख कार के तीन काय जनक लागत 3.91 लाख वायतशासी सं था/के के काय म कंकर ट माणप पय से कम नह ं है अथवा इसी माण प पय से कम य/रा य सरकार कार के िस वल िनमाण ारा काय को पूरा करने के पये क रािश क शोधन मता ारा नव बर, 2013 से पहले जार न कया गया हो। (घ) 31 माच क अविध से पूव 03 वष तक का िस वल िनमाण काय जसका वा षक औसत व तीय टनओवर पये होने का माण प (च) 31.03.2014 तक ऐसा व तीय घाटा न हआ हो। (छ) पीए डएम क ु चर सु वधाएं (झ) ठे केदार के पास िन वदा क माण जसम पछले 5 वष के काय म से 2 वष सूची और ठे केदार के पोजेशन म थापना और अ य मता होनी आव यक है। Tender document and conditions can be had from the Office of Head, Construction and Maintenance Division (CMD), Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), Sector 72, S.A.S Nagar on working days during the above mentioned issue period between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on production of : a) Proof of registration b) Documents in support of having works satisfactorily completed during the last seven years ending 02.01.2015 at least (i) one similar work costing not less than ` 7.81lakh or two similar works costing not less than ` 5.86lakh or three similar work costing not less than ` 3.91lakh with some Central/State Government Organization/Central Autonomous Body/Central Public Sector Undertaking. “Similar Work” shall mean Civil Construction works involving concrete flooring, play grounds, pavements etc. Completion certificates for works issued by private parties shall be supported by TDS certificates. c) Solvency certificate issued by a Scheduled/Nationalized bank not before November 2013 for an amount not less than ` 3.91lakh. d) Proof of average annual financial turnover of at least ` 9.77lakh for similar works for the last three years ending 31st March 2014. e) Documentary proof that contractor has not incurred any financial loss in more than two years during last five years ending 31.03.2014. f) List of P&M, establishment and other infrastructural facilities in contractor’s possession. g) Contractor should have required bidding capacity. िन वदा धारक को अपने अनुभव का पूरा ववरण, पछले तीन वष का टनओवर, बक मशीनर क सूची, लेखा पर ारा जार शोधन प , संयं ा रपोट जसम लाभ-हािन का यौरा दया गया हो, सं था का ववरण, एवं कॉफो डं ग साम ी और िन वदा द तावेज के अनुसार अ य द तावेज जो क तकनीक - यापा रक िन वदा के साथ दे ना आव यक है। The tenderers are required to submit details of their experience, annual turnover for last 3 years, bank solvency, list of plant & machinery, audit report showing profit and loss, organizational set-up, scaffolding materials and other documents as per tender document along with techno-commercial bid. जन िन वदा धारक क तकनीक िन वदा जसम िन पादन/िन पा दत काय के अधीन जसमे िनर शािमल है, मू यांकन के आधार पर उिचत पाई गई तो आव यक होने पर अलग से खोली जाएगी। ण का काय भी Price bids of those tenderers who are found eligible based on evaluation of their technical bids including inspection of works under execution/executed by them, if required, alone will be opened. िन वदा द तावेज हे तु आवेदन को य सकता है। िन वदा द तावेज को डाक गत तौर पर अथवा विधवत ािधकृ त ितिनिध के तौर पर भी जार ारा मंगाने पर िन वदा द तावेज क लागत का अनुसूिचत बक का डमांड जसम 250/-(डाक खच के िलए दे ने ह गे) जो क सेमी-कंड टर लेबोरे टर , सा.अ.िस.नगर के नाम पर दे य होगा। करने का अिधकार आर त है । डाक म दे र से िन वदाधारक के सम अथवा उनके िन वदाएं ािधकृ त ा ट वभाग ा त होने/ ा त न होने के Se mi -C on W du eb ct Do or cu Lab me or nt ato ry के पास कसी भी आवेदन को अकारण र िलए वभाग ज मेदार नह ं होगा। कया जा ा त होने क तार ख को िन वदा 1430 बजे तक ली जाएगी और उप थत ितिनिधय के सम 1500 बजे मुख, सीएमड , एससीएल, सा.अ.िस.नगर के कायालय म खोली जाएगी। बना कोई कारण बताए िन वदा को अ वीकार करने या दे ने वाले काय को विभ न ऐजिसय को आबं टत करने का अिधकार आर त है। इस संदभ म अिधक जानकार मुख, सीएमड के कायालय और वेबसाइट www.scl.gov.in, www.isro.org, www.tenders.gov.in और www.eprocure.gov. से ली जा सकती है। Application for issue of tender document may be made in person or through duly authorized representative.
