Students of the Month for September 2014 Team One: Eilidh McKinnon This month, we nominated Eilidh for her posi ve a tude and academic excellence. She stood out on the first day and has shined ever since. We also noted how gracefully Eilidh assimilated into KHS culture; no small feat for a student accustomed to a more in mate classroom atmosphere. Team Two: Ashley Vajen c The recipient of this honor is chosen carefully by the team teachers. This month, we nominated Ashley for her posi ve a tude and academic excellence. Working with Ashley is a delight and we hope that the remainder of freshman year – and of high school – is a happy, produc ve, and engaging experience for her. Team Three: Renee Moon Renee's determina on and posi ve a tude make her a shining star among her peers. Not only does Renee take care of her own academic work, but she also reaches out and par cipates ac vely in class to seek clarifica on and understanding. She shows her understanding through strong wri ng and problem solving skills. Leading by example, Renee is a well-rounded student leader we are all proud to have in class.
