Inspired by our love for New Orleans–style coffee, this rich and satisfying liqueur is
made from expertly roasted coffee beans, chicory root, vanilla, and organic cane sugar.
the process
Sourcing: St. George distiller Dave Smith searched high
and low for the perfect ingredients to create an homage to
New Orleans. Ethiopian coffee beans, French chicory root,
and Madagascar vanilla gave us the rich flavor we were after.
Roasting: Custom roast by local artisan roasters

Grinding: When our coffee grinder didn’t live up to the
the task, in true DIY St. George fashion we came up with
another plan and discovered that our grain mill gave us
the perfect grind.
Infusing: Our method (nice and easy, at low temperatures)
ensures a thoughtful focus on the elegant flavors and
aromas that we love from the beans, while minimizing
extraction of the astringent components of the coffee.

1½ oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
½ oz dry vermouth
2 dashes bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

½ oz Campari
1 dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Combine all ingredients in pint glass, stir vigorously
with ice. Strain into a martini glass.

2 oz Breaking & Entering Bourbon
½ oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled and then
strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Flame an orange
peel on top, then garnish with the peel.

1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 oz fresh-brewed espresso
1 large scoop ice cream or gelato
Scoop ice cream into a coffee mug, pour espresso
and coffee liqueur on top. Eat with a spoon!
