All entries become the property of the event producer and will not be returned If contestant is under the age of 18, a parent signature is required below Entrant must be available at the time the contest is to be conducted to present their recipe to the judges AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the contest, entrant agrees to these official rules and the event producer’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest. There will be a panel of judges who will rate recipes from 1-10 in four categories: PRESENTATION, CREATIVITY, USE OF POTATO, and OVERALL TASTE. The contestant with the highest score after judge’s deliberation will be the winner. Winner will be named in each catergory.
