Sex on the beach
This is a popular Sex on the Beach and what
is most likely the original. Popular substitutes
include using pineapple for the orange, or
Midori & Chambord instead of schnapps.
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball
glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of
cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir
Margarita
2 oz silver tequila
juice of half lime
1 oz orange curacao (or Cointreau)
Garnish: lime wedge
Rim: salt
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with
ice. Pour into a margarita glass rimmed with
salt and garnish with lime wedge.
Caipirinha
(Pronounced 'KIE-PUR-REEN-YAH')
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cachaça
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- ice cubes
Garnish: lime wedge or wheel (optional)
Muddle lime with sugar in a rocks glass. Fill
the glass with ice. Pour cachaça and stir.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 tbs superfine sugar
- Lime wedges
- Club soda
- Mint sprigs
Muddle mint leaves, superfine sugar and lime
in a mixing glass. Add 1 1/2 oz light rum and
ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain the
mixture into a tall glass and top with club
soda. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
Sugarcane syrup can be used to replace
superfine sugar.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomato Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery
- Glassware: Highball Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice
and strain into a highball glass over crushed
ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
Kamikaze recipe
1.25 oz Vodka
0.25 oz triple sec
0.25 oz lime juice
Add lime juice, triple sec and Smirnoff No.21
Vodka.
Shake and strain into a shot glass.
Cosmopolitan
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- splash of fresh lime juice
Garnish: Lime wedge
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with
ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish
with a lime
Pina Colada
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish: cherry and pineapple
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with fruits.
Mango Slush (Manhattan)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon (or rye whiskey)
- 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes of bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with
ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and
garnish with cherry.
Orgasm Cocktail Shot
1 part Vodka
1 part Baileys
1 part Amaretto
1 part Kahlua
Fill with cream
B 69 Cocktail
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Vodka
Gently place a bar spoon in between the
layers as you pour the ingredients. With
some practice you should be able to make
a very impressive looking cocktail.
Dirty Mother Cocktail
1 ounce Brandy
1 ounce Kahlua Coffee liqueur
The Dirty Mother Cocktail is a Brandy
based Cocktail with an equal amount
of Kahlua. This Cocktail is served over
ice. It is similar to the Black Russian
except we use Brandy in place of
the Vodka.
