For more details about Oxfam Novib, please visit our web site www.oxfamnovib.nl Core Function/objective of the position: The core objective of the position is to assist IFC in ensuring that the CO Pakistan funding record (soft & hard) is updated on regular basis. Management of system SAP, keep up to date it and generating reports for responding to grant queries raised from Head Office and quarterly overview external funding in SAP. In addition this aims to provide support to the IFC in reviewing donor financial reporting in accordance with reporting guidelines of Oxfam Novib and grant conditions. Maintaining and updating donor contracts excel matrix of all contracts; Administration of Grant Management Module in SAP (a grant management system); Process all information received from SAP in contracts matrix; Assist IFC to ensure grant proposals and reports are submitted by relevant program staff in accordance with donor guidelines and standards; Preparing MOU extension requests; Respond to grant queries raised from Head Office and quarterly overview external funding in SAP; Coordination with Finance and Programme officials for timely handling of grants related matters, donor approvals and memos; Keep upto date the office files and miscellneous reports pertainign to funding section; Any other task assigned by Line manager. Required Qualification and Experience: Minimum Qualification is graduate degree from any recognised university in finance related discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience of financial monitoring & handling grant MIS preferably in non-profit sector; Experience of working on grants in the light of donor requirements/guidelines Experience in reviewing project budget, risk assessments from financial perspective; Experience of working in an non-profit sector is not essential but will be given preference; Some basic knowledge of donor reporting writing, concept notes, proposal and fund raising; Who Should Apply for this Position?
