Participants in the basketball
camp will have the chance to
learn from some of the area’s
best coaches -- CHS’s basketball
teams are consistently found
at the top of the league and
regional standings. Drills will
focus on individual and team
concepts.
One of the most popular
summer sessions, the volleyball
camp reinforces attendees’
fundamental skills along with
more advanced tactics.

of the Year Tom Weislo.

The 2014-15 varsity team was ranked
#1 in WNY throughout the season,
won a Manhattan Cup (league) title,
a NYS Catholic Schools championship,
and a NYS Class A Federation crown.

CHS’s on-campus, outdoor
practice field is the scene of
the soccer camp, always a big
hit with students. In addition
to individual skills and team
concepts, attendees will learn
about proper conditioning.

The 2014 varsity team completed its
season ranked #1 in WNY and won its
15th-consecutive league title.
Two players were named to the
All-WNY first team and one,
Trevor Gooch, earned Msgr. Martin
Player of the Year honors.
The soccer program has won a NYS
Catholic School title as recently as
2012. The 2014 team went 13-6-1,
earned a Catholic Cup tournament
title, and placed one student on the
All-WNY first team and another on the
All-WNY Scholar-Athlete list.

Tripi Field at CHS
A lot of topics will be covered in
the fast-paced lacrosse camp.
Among them: fundamental skill
sharpening, positioning, and the
importance of proper fitness
and conditioning. This session
is a must for up-and-coming
lacrosse players.

The 2014 varsity lacrosse squad
placed eight players on post-season
all-league teams. First teamer
Jack Seminara will play at
the Division One level next year
at Boston University.
