Title: Senior Vice President, Crude Oil Marketing Reporting Manager: CEO Location: Denver, CO Travel: 20% Job Description: S This senior level position will be working closely with the CEO, the CFO, and the Board of ARB Midstream and will manage the crude oil marketing and trading activities for the company. This position will report to the CEO, and is the lead marketer for ARB Midstream. Duties Include: Help develop long term physical marketing strategy including term marketing commitments and planning and analysis to maximize revenue, limit exposure and maintain commodity flexibility Communicate long term marketing strategy to the C-level and Marketing Managers and coordinate associated marketing efforts Seeking and obtaining customers to maximize throughput through ARB Midstream’s assets Responsible for the analysis, pricing, negotiating, purchases, sales and logistical movements of Crude Oil Supply Assist the Operations team to establish and successfully launch the Niobrara Connector (“NiCon”) Crude by Rail Terminal and the Permian Gateway Terminal Prospect and establish term deals that allow ratable and profitable movement and sale of product. Overall responsibility for the profitability generated from the purchase and sale of the crude supply from the region through effective price negotiation, logistical strategies and economic analysis. Monitor oil and gas commodity markets, including supply and demand trends, and implications on forward prices Assist in development ARB’s view on commodity pricing Prepare and execute hedging recommendations for oil Help evaluate potential acquisitions and the impact on long term market planning Assist with budget preparation and reserve price valuations Manage ARB’s crude oil sales group, including pipeline sales, scheduling, and contract administration Evaluates Monthly Net Realize Price, Volume and Revenue Recognition Process in conjunction with Accounting Prepares and provides Marketing presentations and reports Works with an integrated team to analyze/understand North American supply/demand balances and fundamental market conditions for crude oil Develops and maintains strong working relationships within the industry o Travel to industry functions, seminars, and shipper meetings Provide input into acquisition and divestiture decisions which may involve analyze various pricing, volume, financing, and logistics alternatives Mentor up and coming schedulers and marketers Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus, Competitive based on experience Benefits: Company 401(k), health, life, disability and dental insurance coverage.
