20th Annual Beasley Bash
Craft, Food & Commercial Vendor Rules
1.
Application, release form and booth fees must be completed and paid by Thursday, May 14, 2015 in
order to participate. (CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY)
2.
Set up time on Saturday, May 16th will be at 8:00 A.M. near pavilion. No setups for Friday night or in
the BBQ area.
3.
Please DO NOT setup your booth until approved by committee member. Setup in wrong area may result
in relocating.
4. Booth spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis. No numbers will be issued.
5.
All booths must be up by 10:00 A.M. and vehicles must be removed from area.
6.
Booths can be taken down after 5:30 P.M. if desired.
7. All booths must be removed from premises by 12:00 midnight.
8.
No “walk around” vendors are permitted.
9. No silly string or pop-pops to be sold.
10. No game trailers, funnel cakes, corn dogs, caramel apples or cotton candy.
11. You must provide your own set ups i.e. tables, chairs, tents, lighting and extension cords.
12. Please clean your own booth spaces before you leave.
13. Two wristbands per vendor will be issued at arrival. Wristbands are for gate entry for the duration of the
event. Additional attendees will need to pay $5.00 admittance (5 & under are free)
14. No refunds upon cancellation or no-show.
15. Food Vendors are required to abide by the FORT BEND COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
regulations and permits. Contact Fort Bend County Health Department at 281-342-7469 for further
information.
16. Generators are permitted if necessary. Must notify chairman if required. Generator noise must be
contained so as not to interfere with other vendors and guests. Those which elect to have generators
maybe setup in certain areas to help alleviate the possibility of excessively loud noise from generator
which can interfere with announcements, entertainment etc.
17. The Committee Chairman reserves the right to make additional rules and regulations as the situations
warrant. Decisions of the Beasley Community Committee are final.
