April 5 - Briarwood Presbyterian Church

Announcements
We’re delighted you are worshipping with us today. The entire Briarwood family is eager
to greet you, answer any questions you may have and minister to you in any way. After
the service, please stop by the foyer so that we may offer you a small gift to acknowledge
your presence with us. I pray that this morning’s worship will be all about Him and not
about us, and that it will draw you close to the Lord of the universe.
For Christ, His Cross and His Crown,
Harry L. Reeder III, Pastor/Teacher

O God Most High, most glorious, the thought of Your infinite love cheers me, for I am toiling,
troubled and distressed, but You are forever at perfect peace. Your power knows no bounds, Your
goodness no measure. You bring order out of confusion, and my defeats are Your victories: The
Lord God omnipotent reigns! I come to You as a sinner with cares and sorrows, to leave every
concern entirely to You, every sin calling for Christ’s precious blood; revive deep spirituality in my
heart; let me live near the great Shepherd, hear His voice, know its tones, follow its calls. Grant
to me to know that I truly live only when I live to You, that all else is vanity. Your presence
alone can make me holy, devout, strong and joyful.
