Men’s Match reported that some teams will always be at a disadvantage at the State Sides because of the 21 team draw. It cannot be worked out 100% fairly. A bye would be the only answer. Unfortunately a few teams will play at the same venue throughout. It takes 3 to 4 days to do the draw. The only change in BQ’s new Match Committee is that it is not gender specific. Presently it is a Co-ordinator and 4 members but the Committee hopes to have this changed to 3 – 5 committee members under the new Board.
