Vendor must supply all necessary & valid licenses and permits & insurance by the deadline. You must be fully self- contained, Moose FM will not be providing water or power. VIJ 2B2 Setup Time All vendors must operate during the entire length of the event. The event will run from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015. • • • Setup and load in time will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. All vehicles must be off the Island by 1 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed back on the Island until after the event is over and clearance has been given. Fee The fee collected is non-refundable. All the fees collected from the vendors will be given to a non-profit group that will help empty the garbage cans during the event and clean up after. You are still responsible for cleaning up your designated area. If you fail to keep your area clean during and after the event, you will not be invited back next year. Moose FM will contact all vendors 6 weeks before the event so you can pick up your information packages. These packages will contain your passes to enter a map and your set up location.
