Cantina Centrale Functions
Cantina Centrale’s Private Dining space is situated upstairs from the
main restaurant in its own room. The space can provide a private dining
experience and is able to cater for a group of 14 or up to 40 people. The
main dining area downstairs can also be transformed into a stand up
function space for up to 80 people.
There are 4 set menus to choose from, some are designed to encourage a
sharing experience. We can also tailor a menu for your needs.

Booking details:
1. At the time of booking a $200 deposit is required to secure the
booking. This can be paid with credit card over the phone or in
person at Cantina Centrale. The deposit will be deducted from the
final account.
2. Any tentative bookings made will be cancelled after 7 working days if
the deposit has not been received
3. If you wish to cancel, 3 working days notice is required to ensure
refund of your deposit
4. Any booking for 12 people or above during dinner service can only be
accommodated upstairs.
5. To book the entire room upstairs a minimum of 30 people is required.
There will be a minimum spend also which is on Friday &
Saturday nights only.
6. A minimum of 20 people required for lunchtime functions.
7. Set times for dinner functions are: 5.30pm/6pm until 8pm
6.30pm until 8.30pm
7.45pm/8pm onwards
If you are hiring the entire room, 7.30pm booking can be arranged.
8. Set times for lunch functions are: 12.00pm until 4pm
12.30pm until 4.30pm
1pm until 4.30pm
9. We will call you 24 hours before your booking to reconfirm the time,
number of people and the menu chosen

Any changes to the set menus in order to meet dietary
requirements must be arranged and finalised with us 3 working
days prior to the booking

Any additional items ordered on the night outside of the set menu
chosen will be charged accordingly based on menu prices.

Children
The set price is $20 per child, which included a kids pizza or kids pasta, soft drink & a
scoop of Italian ice cream. Additions to the children’s meal will be charged accordingly.
Beverages
Standard drink package is $20 per person extra for a selected range of beer, wine &
soft drinks. We can tailor a beverage package for your needs.
