Expression of Interests For Operating a Canteen facility at CEPT Campus, CEPT University,University Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Expressions of Interests are invited from reputed food caterers, contractors to operate the main Canteen facility at the CEPT university campus with over 1500 students and 250 staff members. The selected operator will have to provide catering of breakfast, lunch, dinner, Tea/Coffee, Snacks, Sandwiches, Cold drinks and other MRP items such as Biscuits, Wafers, etc. as per the menu to be decided by University office from time to time. Pre-qualification Criteria: 1. Service provider should have minimum of 5 years of experience of Food Catering and/or operating large canteen facilities 2. Agency should have Minimum of Rs. 1 Crore turnover for last three years 3. Agency should have served at least 250 number of dishes of lunch or dinner at a canteen per day. 4. Must have enough staff to accommodate requirement of serving at Campus area. 5. Lady and young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas are specially encouraged to apply.
