Release, Hold Harmless, and Agreement Not to Sue
I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue The City of Mission Viejo for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the Arts Alive Festival, May 2 and May 3, 2015 from
whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of The City of Mission Viejo or any other participants in the Arts
Alive Festival . The parties to this agreement understand that this document is not intended to release any party from any
act or omission of “gross negligence,” as that term is used in applicable case law and/or statutory provision. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the event/class, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and
assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless The City of Mission Viejo from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits
arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Arts Alive Festival .
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGN IT ON MY OWN
FREE WILL.

1 - 10’ x 10’ EZ-up placed on the Village Green (TBD)
1 - 8 ft table with tablecloth

Check-in Friday, May 1 between 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm or Saturday, May 2, 10 am to 11:30 am

Booth must be staffed during festival hours:
May 2, 2014 Saturday 12 noon to 6:00 p.m.
May 3, 2014 Sunday 12 noon to 5:00 p.m.





Food for purchase both days, suggest bringing ice chest for drinks/snacks
Loading and Unloading area only, no reserved parking.
Security on grounds Friday and Saturday nights. Can leave booth set up with tarp cover for protection of
items.
