BEVERAGE PACKAGE • Coffee bar…see menu for description • Bar set up: Includes bartender, all ice, cups, assorted soft drinks, mineral waters, and choice of iced tea or lemonade. We will chill and serve any Client-supplied wine, beer and champagne. May include up to two signature drinks if client provides all ingredients. • For full bar set up…add 3.00 a person for additional mixers, juices and garnishes DAY OF SITE COORDINATOR • Prior to the wedding she will help you plan the timeline for the day. • She will coordinate your rehearsal. • She will be available to assist you during your wedding and reception by coordinating between the vendors you have hired, as well as the caterer, to keep your scheduled on track. She will also direct your guests through the site. • She will put out your favors, arrange your escort cards, display your programs and pictures, and all other agreed upon tasks. • On-line project management to help you stay organized and all of us on the same page. • She will make every effort to cover unexpected situations. 8 PACKAGE PRICE LISTS MENU PACKAGE 75-300 guests VINEYARD PACKAGE $77.50 SANTA ROSA PACKAGE $82.50 MARAVILLA PACKAGE $85.00 CONNOISSEUR PACKAGE $91.50-$98.50 (chicken/vegetarian OR beef/fish) FAMILY STYLE PACKAGE $106.50-$111.50 (chicken & beef OR chicken, beef, & fish) 2014 CHEF’S TABLE PACKAGE $169.00 SITE FEE: $5,450.00, with an additional $6 per person for Saturday Events • • • • • The signing deposit is $3,000.00 and will be used against the total bill. An additional $7,000.00 deposit is due at 6 months prior to the wedding date, and is also applied against the total bill. Both deposits are non-refundable. Minimum for Saturday….150 Guests Minimum for Friday and Sunday….75 Guests Quoted for 1½ hours photography time for the bridal party, ½ hour for guests to arrive, ½ hour ceremony time, 5 hour reception time, plus ½ hour to pack up and depart. Liability Insurance is also required. (Approximately $100-$170) (Many times this can be obtained through your homeowners insurance.) Security Required at $150.00 Assistant Site Coordinator for weddings of 150 guests and above at $150.00 (1 assit included on Saturday) Packing up your set-up items at the end of the night is included, though there is an additional $100 fee when there is an extensive amount of set-up items and we need to bring in additional help. 9 Weather at an Outdoor Venue An important factor when booking an outdoor venue is the fact that certain rentals must be considered to keep your guests comfortable. These costs should be seen as an inherent cost of having an outdoor wedding/reception, and not optional. Frequently, we find that couples often focus on all the fun aspects of their wedding, such as the food, bar, DJ, décor, and underestimate the importance of keeping their guests protected from the outdoor elements. When it comes to weather, guests don’t care how beautiful the event looks or sounds if they are either too hot or too cold. What do we experience when they are too hot? They are sweaty, grumpy, complain, feel they are suffering, and distracted from being able to enjoy everything you have arranged for them. What do we experience when they are too cold? Again they feel miserable and many leave either right before, or just following the cake cutting. The solution. On a day when it is bright and sunny, guests are kept comfortable with the shade canopy in the ceremony area. On a cool evening, guests are kept comfortable with heaters in the reception area. The Shade Canopy is commonly needed between mid-June through September. In general, heaters are necessary April through mid-July, and September through October. Please take these important needs into consideration as you plan your outdoor event.
