Dear Team,
On behalf of the Bakersfield Association of
REALTORS® Young Professionals Network, we
would like to take this opportunity to invite you to
participate in our 4th Annual Softball Tournament.
Come take on the reigning champion —
Clarity Home Loans.
REGISTRATION INFO
u Team entry fee is $350 ($250 per team if paid
before April 30th)
u Space is limited. Registrations (with full payment)
will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please return
your registration form with cash, Visa/Mastercard,
Discover, American Express or check made payable
to the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS®.
u Upon receipt of registration form and payment, a
packet will be sent to you containing rules, waivers,
and more information regarding the tournament.
TOURNAMENT INFO
u Tournament will be held at Patriots Park (on the
corner of New Stine and Fjord, right next to West High
School) on Saturday, May 30, 2015.
u Teams must be comprised of no fewer than 10 or
more than 16 players and contain at least 5 male
and 5 female players. At least 7 REALTORS® and/or
Affiliates, must be on the field at all times.
u Teams must be comprised of members, office
personnel and their immediate family only. No
outside players.
u Teams are required to provide their own team
t-shirts and equipment. A copy of your t-shirt design
must be submitted for pre-approval.
u Teams are required to turn in payment and a
roster by Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
u Each team will get to play in at least two games.

The tournament will be Office vs. Office, and winning team will be awarded bragging rights and a trophy!!!
