Ordering Guidelines All orders should be placed through the catering department either by calling (765)743-1413 or emailing [email protected] At least 48 hour notice is required for all orders to avoid a $25 rush charge o There may be menu limitations placed on orders less than 48 hour notice On campus deliveries less than $100 will incur a $25 surcharge, deliveries made to any other location in the Greater Lafayette area will incur $25 charge on orders less than $200 Menus and Prices are subject to change o Prices do not include Indiana sales tax Paper goods are supplied upon request for an additional charge Custom menus are available upon request o Our chefs and planners will assist you with every detail, creating the perfect menu for your event o Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, fish, and shellfish. Before placing your order, please inform your planner of any food allergies so special arrangements can be made prior to your event The rate for server attended service is $15.00 per attendant per hour including setup and teardown o We require that all events on site containing open flame have the attention of at least one attendant We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, corporate and personal checks o Checks should be made out to Fresh City Market For regular repeat customers house accounts could be arranged, please speak with Catering Manager Cancellation of orders less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up or delivery will be billed at full price Event Room Guidelines No food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the event room without written consent All audiovisual and technical requests must be made prior to your event date Fresh City Market must approve all decorations and location of items, including devices used to hang or adhere decoration. All fire codes must be adhered to at all times, including keeping all exits and aisle ways clear and unobstructed All candles must be glass encased, open flame is not allowed in the facility Those renting the event room are responsible for the costs of any repairs for damage caused by your guests. Damages incurred will be assessed on the final invoice Fresh City Market is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your event
