On behalf of the Fraser family and the whole team at Ingliston Country
Club, we would like to offer you the warmest of welcomes to Palomino’s
Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.
We hope you enjoy our truly special dining experience whilst delighting
in the spectacle of beautiful horses at work and play. Our extensive
menu has been lovingly designed by our award winning team of chefs
to offer a wide range of authentic Italian and Scottish cuisine.
We are proud members of The Scottish Beef Club sourcing our ‘Scotch’
beef from Buccleuch Farms based in Dumfriesshire. Our fish and
seafood is supplied from Scottish waters by Glasgow’s top fishmonger
Andy Bell. Artisan suppliers provide Scottish cheeses, San Marzano Italian
tomatoes, olive oil and pasta.
Palomino’s cocktail bar is complimented with a fine range of over 100
malt whiskies, wines from around the world, international spirits and
mixers to produce a myriad of cocktails not forgetting our Champagnes
and Prosecco’s for that special occasion.
We are now recognised as an award winning venue and sure you will
agree it is well worth the journey.

that’s a cut above the rest, together we have handpicked a range of cheeses to
represent flavours from a mild cheddar to a strong creamy blue. Our cheese board

BARWHEYS
Unpasteurised cow’s milk cheddar with traditional rennet. Barwheys has a rich and
complex flavour that hits your palate with a slightly tart first note before giving way to
subtle hints of nut and caramel. The cheese has a creamy texture with a slight hint of
crumble. Made by Tricia Bay in Maybole, Ayrshire.
WATERLOO
Unpasteurised cow’s milk with vegetable rennet. This brie style is rich, slightly salty with
buttery flavours from the edges cut by the fresher more lactic centre. The paste has an
oozing texture under the rind and a slightly firmer, curdy consistency in the centre.

DOLCELATTE
Dolcelatte is a blue veined Italian soft cheese. The cheese is made from cow's milk, and
has a sweet taste. Its name translates from Italian to 'sweet milk' in English.
