Ottavio was named
"le coup de coeur" restaurant
of 2013 from la FQMC.
We are among the first to
provide a gluten-free menu
for the celiac. It began in
November 2007.
All our products are analysed
regularly using the "EZ gluten"
test which detects gluten
up to 10 ppm.
Seminars have been created
specifically for our organization
in order to educate our service
and kitchen staff towards
the celiac disease.
In Canada, peanuts, wheat, milk,
mustard, tree nuts, eggs, fish,
seafood, sesame and soy were
defined as the top ten allergens
and Ottavio can accommodate
you with all of them.

Ottavio is continuously striving to innovate and offers this gluten-free menu so that dining out is simple and worry-free.
We are aware and very knowledgeable on the effects of cross-contamination and our precautions are unbeatable in the
restaurant industry. Our in house control ensures proper sanitation and prevents cross-contamination.
The recipes have been diligently scrutinized to render a gluten-free environment. Furthermore, for added security,
all our gluten free items are served with red plates in order to be properly identified.
