Inova HealthSource Team Up for Weight Loss Program Instructions for Creating, Inviting and Joining a Weight Loss Team! A few things to keep in mind before you get started in creating a team! A team must have 2-5 co-workers. You can have one additional person participate as an Encourager. Register your team online at https://inovateamup.org/team-up-for-weight-loss/ (The site works best with the most up-to-date versions of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer - at least IE9) Attend a weigh-in between April 7 and 21. Creating a Team Start by logging into the Dashboard at: https://inovateamup.org/team-up-for-weight-loss/ Once you have entered the Dashboard you will want to select “View All Teams” in the Teams section. Click here to enter “Teams” page. This is where you can create teams, accept pending invitations and search teams to join. 1 This will bring you to the Teams Page where you will select “Create” to simply create a Team! Click here to create new team. o Please fill only out “Team Name” and “Team Description” and click create. All other selections are already previously set by administrator. Inviting Participants to Join Team Once you have created a team you will want to select “Go To Team Page” Once you have entered your Teams Page, select “Invite Friends” to invite co-workers to join your team! Click here to add co-workers o o You must become Team Up “friends” with someone before requesting them to join your team. Otherwise they will not come up as an option for them to join your team. You can also invite colleagues through email to join your team. If you choose this option they must register first and then click the link to join your team! 2 Joining a Team To join and already existing team begin by logging in to the Dashboard. Once you have logged on select “View all Teams” in Teams sections Click here to enter “Teams” page. This is where you can create teams, accept pending invitations and search teams to join.
