STRONG SWIMMERS
CONFIDENT KIDS
Goggle Up Swim Lesson Program
YMCA Swim Lessons teach through five basic components:
personal safety, personal growth, water sports and
games, stroke development, and rescues. In addition to
swimming skills, YMCA lessons incorporate our values of
caring, respect, honesty and responsibility. Our curriculum
is focused on developing stronger, more confident swimmers
and features smaller class sizes and better student to
instructor ratios. Lessons are available for ages 6 months-adults.
PARENT AND CHILD AQUATICS
