Company Update A SMARTworks ® update enabling additional capabilities was released to customers recently. SMARTworks is Standard Register’s industry-leading technology platform that enables users to access, personalize and deliver content in a secure environment. SMARTworks is used by more than 100,000 people and processes more than 10,000 orders every day. C-11 Update At a hearing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on June 8, 2015, the Creditors’ Committee in Standard Register’s Chapter 11 case was granted standing to file a lawsuit against Silver Point and certain Standard Register directors and officers. The company and its advisors do not expect that the sales process will be affected by this decision. In accordance with its policy, Standard Register will not comment on any potential lawsuit. Parties with an interest in the case will receive mailed notification from Prime Clerk. Bids from qualified bidders are due this Thursday, June 11. The auction of the company will be held on June 15, however the name will not be announced until Wednesday, June 17, 2015, when the U.S. Bankruptcy Court will confirm the new owner. A news release will formally announce the new owner. Standard Register will not comment on the new ownership until the news release has been published.
