Oregon School Facilities Management Association’s
Your company is invited to participate. The three day conference brings together facility
managers from many of Oregon’s public school districts. Managers from the state’s colleges and
private schools are also invited to attend.
This year OSFMA will again be inviting state, county and city facility managers to participate in
our conference. We will also be inviting local public agencies/businesses to attend the Vendor
Show in the afternoon.
The show features over 120 display booths located in the Expo’s large Willamette Event Center
Exhibit Hall.
EACH PARTICIPATING VENDOR RECEIVES:
 An 10’x10’ booth with an 8’ high drapery backdrop and 3’ high sides, draped table, 2 chairs.
 Two complimentary conference coffee mugs for each booth.
 Two complimentary Vendor Appreciation Luncheon tickets per booth. Additional $15.00
each. (Please reserve and pay for additional tickets with this application.)

Vendor Door Prizes will be drawn during the Trade Show. Members will pick up prizes at the
Vendor Booth. You are also encouraged to provide door prizes for the Casino Games on
Thursday evening. NOTE: Door prize values cannot exceed $50.00.
Vendor Workshops: Participating vendors are given the opportunity to host workshops for
members Thursday morning. The conference committee selects topics that will be of interest to
our members from those that have been submitted.

Fill out the attached registration form and mail to the address listed on the form.
The cost for each display booth at the 2015 OSFMA Annual Conference is only $450.00 ( Plus
$50.00 for Membership) if the reservation and payment is received by OSFMA before March 1,
2015. March 1 - April 10, the cost is $550 ($50 for membership and $500 for booth fees). After
April 10, the cost is $650 ($50 for membership and $600 for booth fees).
