Canapés
Individual canapés are charged at £1.50 each or choose
from our following options:
Option 2
For groups of 60-100 guests, the charge will be £12.00
per guest.
Choose 1 dish from the menu.
Option 1
6 canapés per guest selected from your choice of up to
four different canapés from our menu will be charged
at £8.00 per guest.
Option 3
For groups of more than 100 guests, the charge will be
£10.00 per guest
Choose 1 dish from the menu.
Option 2
10 canapés per guest selected from your choice of up to
six different canapés from our menu will be charged at
£14.00 per guest.
Sit down Three Course Menus
Option 3
14 canapés per guest selected from your choice of up to
eight different canapés from our menu will be charged
at £18.00 per guest.
Option 1
For groups of 30-50 guests, the charge will be £35.00
per guest.

Drinks
Option 1
Please choose from our drinks list.
Option 2
If you require us to serve your own alcohol, we will
charge a corkage fee of £8.00 per 70cl bottles of wine
and £12 for 70cl bottles of any sparkling wine.
Option 3
A charge of £5.00 per adult guest attending any events
where alcohol is served.

Staffing
Please note the prices above include the preparation,
delivery and service of all food with the correct
amount of staff to guaranty the smooth running of
your event.
Equipment hire
There will be a charge for hiring equipment, ie general
kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery, furniture, linen...
The reason for this is every venue is different. Some
offer fully equipped kitchens and dining rooms and
other venues do not, such as marquee weddings.
We work closely with a number of equipment hire,
marquee rental firms and florists and can offer the
complete service your require.
