BRITISH TENNIS MEMBERSHIP & LTA LOGIN You need to have a BTM (British Tennis Membership) number and a LTA Login in order to enter the tournament. If you do not have a LTA Login click on the “MEMBERS login here” tab at the upper right-hand-side of the LTA website and click on the “CREATE” button in the middle area of the screen. Enter the personal details as requested and then enter a username and password for your login – once this has been done then your login is set up and ready to use. HOW TO ENTER THE TOURNAMENT 1. Access the LTA website (www.lta.org.uk). 2. Hover over the “PLAYERS & parents” tab at the top of the LTA website and then click on “Find a Competition” which appears at the top left under the tab. 3. You will be prompted to “Login Now” – click the “Login Now” button, enter the username and password for your LTA Login and click the “LOGIN” button. 4. In the black banner area at the bottom of the screen there is a “Tournament Code or name” box with a magnifying glass at the side – in this box enter the competition code for the Hoole 2014 Tournament – CHE14S0534 – and press Return or click on the tournament name that appears in full above the box (don’t just press GO after entering the code as this doesn’t always work). 5. Click on whichever event you are interested in to see the details of the event. 6. Click on the “Add to Basket” button to enter the event – the basket icon at the bottom right-hand-side of the screen will show (1) 7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for other events if you wish to enter more than one event. 8. Click on the Basket icon – in the “Basket” screen, select who is entering each event (this will usually be “You”) and then press “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. 9. A “Checkout” screen will appear. Click on the “Check-out with Paypal” button and then click on “Pay with a debit or credit card” if you do not have a Paypal account. Follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. 10. An “Order Summary” screen will appear – click in the check boxes to confirm you agree to the tournament rules/conditions and to abide by the Fair Play values, then click on the “CONFIRM ENTRIES” button. 11. You will then see a “Confirmation” screen confirming that your entry has been made. You will also receive emails confirming your entry and your payment.
