‫רשאים לבחור ולהיבחר לוועד העמותה כל מי שהוא חבר העמותה לשנת ‪.2011‬‬
‫מועד הבחירות‬
‫הבחירות תיערכנה ביום רביעי ה‪ 30.3.11 -‬וביום חמישי ה‪ 31.3.11 -‬במהלך הכנס השנתי של‬
‫העמותה על‪-‬ידי הטלת טופס בחירות בקלפי‪ .‬לא תתאפשר השתתפות בבחירות במועד ובדרך שונה‬
‫מהנ"ל‪.‬‬

Dan Greenberg, PhD
Dan Greenberg is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Health Systems
Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Guilford-Glaser
Faculty of Business and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the
Negev in Israel, where he teaches on comparative healthcare systems, and
health technology assessment.
During 2001-2004 Dan completed a 3-year post-doctoral research
fellowship at the Harvard Clinical Research Institute & Cardiovascular
Division, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical
School, and was a Visiting Scientist at the Department of Health Policy and Management at
the Harvard School of Public Health. His research focuses on economic evaluation of
healthcare technologies, health technology policy, medical decision-making and outcomes
research. He has conducted economic evaluations for various medical interventions and
contributed to the literature on the willingness to pay for cardiovascular interventions, diffusion
of innovations, and the use of economic evaluations for reimbursement decisions at the
national level.
He is a co-founder and the former President of the Israeli Society for Pharmacoeconomics
and Outcomes Research (ISPOR-Israel), and is currently co-editor of Value in Health, the
official journal of ISPOR. Dr. Greenberg received his doctorate degree from Ben-Gurion
University of the Negev in 2001.
NoaTriki, PhD
Dr. Triki, is the head of the Department of Health Technology Policy of
Maccabi Healthcare Services, the second largest HMO in Israel. Dr. Triki, a
clinical pharmacist in her basic training, was previously is in charge for the
rational use of drugs according to evidence based medicine (EBM) and
clinical trials in Jerusalem & Shfela District of Maccabi Healthcare Services
and took a major part in disease management and improving health
outcomes. She earned her MScPharm degree from the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem and her PhD from the Department of Health Systems
Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Her thesis title is: "The impact of
rationalizing drug utilization on health outcomes." She is a co-founder of the Israeli Society for
Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR-Israel) and serves as the secretary
since its foundation.
Micha Knopf
Micha Knopf is the Commercial Sales Business Unit Director of Pfizer
Pharmaceuticals Israel Ltd., a subsidiary of Pfizer, the world’s leading
pharmaceutical company. His responsibilities include access and customer
facing with commercial and governmental endpoints. Prior to his
appointment in March 2009, Micha served as Senior Key Account Manager
of Pfizer Israel from May 2007.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Micha served as Sales Manager of CTS, a local
Pharmaceutical Company. Among his varied responsibilities he led the
Commercial Unit responsible for the sales of OTC, Generic and Ethical products. From 19942003, Micha worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals, the leading Generic Company in the world. He
began his work as a Sales Representative, then onto Team Leader position and finally as
Private Market Manager. His experience has allowed him to experience diverse product areas
including Ethical, Generic, OTC and consumer products.
Micha holds a Sub-Engineer Degree in Chemistry from Bosmat Sub-Engineers School in
Haifa as well as a Bachelor in Social Sciences from The Haifa University. Micha holds a MBA
degree from Herriot-watt University
He resides in Pardes- Hana Israel with his wife Galit and their three children, Shay, Aviv and
Yuval.
Mordi Rabinovich, B. Pharm, R.Ph, MBA
Mordi Rabinovich, a pharmacist and MBA graduate, is a strategic
consultant to the pharma& biotech industry and to healthcare organizations
in the fields of market access and reimbursement of health technologies.
Previously he served as head of the Department of Health Technology
Policy at Maccabi HMO, and as the Director of Customer Strategy at
AstraZeneca Israel. He earned his B.Pharm degree from the Hebrew
University at Jerusalem, and his MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University.
Currently he is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Health Systems
Management, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. His thesis title is:
"analysis of the reform and policy in the field of non-prescription drugs in Israel".
Erez Shem Tov, MBA
Mr. Erez Shem Tov joined Abbott Israel in 2007, and serves as the External
Affairs Director. Prior to joining Abbott, Mr. Shem Tov was a deputy
secretary general in Pharma Israel (association of the Israeli subsidiaries of
the multinational companies) in this position he was responsible for leading
the price / modeling issues. Mr. Shem Tov holds a M.B.A. from the Hebrew
University and a B.A in economic and finance from the Hebrew University.
