We look forward to your arrival and working with you this February to ensure a great DeveloperWeek Conference & Festival 2014. 3 EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST • Fill out the exhibitor information form • Plan out any additional needs • Additional furniture – Classic Party Rentals • Additional AV – Sonic Zen Records • Additional Wifi and power • Sign up with Qrious for lead-scanning services (Will receive a separate invite via email) • Register exhibitor booth team using the comp code in your welcome email. • Submit exhibitor insurance (deadline Monday, February 10, 2014) EXHIBITOR CHECKL ABOUT THE EXPO The DeveloperWeek Conference & Festival 2014 is set up to be an open floor plan with minimal walls or closed off spaces, so as to promote attendees mixing between booths and the surrounding expo area. We find this open cooperative format helps encourage attendee’s discovery of new companies and technologies, and makes the expo area more of an open networking hub than privatized work rooms. ABOUT DEVELOPERWEEK 2014 DeveloperWeek Conference & Festival 2014 (February 15 – 21) is the first dev conference that invites thousands of developers not just to learn new skills – but to build new apps, startups, and product features within one week. DeveloperWeek 2014 is divided between Headquarter Activities and Week Activities: Headquarters At the center of DeveloperWeek 2014 is the main stage and expo where 2,000 developers, executives, and entrepreneurs, can converge around keynote talks and one of San Francisco’s largest exhibitions of developer tools. . Hacker Week Activities such as the hackathon, scholarships, product challenges, and 2+ more challenge tracks offer you ways you can build apps, startups, or product features at DeveloperWeek 2014 – win prizes from the $100,000 in cash and prizes for the apps you build during DeveloperWeek 2014 – and get notoriety! City-Wide Week Activities include tech startup open houses, an interactive Hiring Mixer and week-long summits/ meet-ups / parties! 4 BOOTH EQUIPMENT All 20’ x 10’ will be equipped with 2 6’2’ exhibitor tables, 2 tablecloths, 6 chairs, general wifi, and 3 power strips. All 10’ x 10’ will be equipped with a 6’2’ exhibitor table, 1 tablecloth, 3 chairs, general wifi, and 2 power strips. All 7.5’ x 10’ expo booths will be equipped with a 6’2’ exhibitor table, 1 tablecloth, 2 chairs, general wifi, and 1 power strip. All startup demo tables will be equipped with a 30” bar-high round, general wifi, and 1 power strip. Exhibit Hall Flooring The expo hall flooring will be hard wood. Carpet is not provided but may be purchased separately for an additional fee. This certificate must name Data 2.0, Inc., as an additional insured and loss payee. If an original certificate is not submitted, Exhibitor can be prohibited from setting up its exhibit booth or otherwise participating in the DeveloperWeek Conference & Festival 2014.
