Letters Samples Non-‐Managed Enrolments Conditional Offer – Domestic (Non Managed Enrolment) This letter is created when a Programme decision of ‘Accept’ is entered however, University admission has not yet been offered. There are no other conditions that can be associated with it, so you need to ensure you enter the FINAL programme decision into the system. If there are any academic conditions that are required to be met, they should be communicated to the student directly and the programme decision only entered once those requirements have been met Note where the additional text appears in the letter. You can choose to use this as you wish. An example might be to add in the link to the qualifications page (or your own page) for further information, or to ensure the student has read the regulations for the programme. You could also use this to add details of a departmental contact person. Unconditional Offer Domestic (Non Managed Enrolment) This is the programme offer that is created if the student already has University Admission or, for those that received a Conditional Offer, this is the letter that is created automatically when their University Admission has been approved. Maori / Pacific Islander students This Offer letter includes a Support Services paragraph for students who identified their ethnicity as Māori or Pacific Islander. Reject letter – All (Non-‐Managed enrolment) This letter is generated when a Programme decision of ‘Reject’ is entered. It includes a free text field for you to enter the reason they were declined or any other information you wish to send to the student. Unconditional Offer – International This letter is generated for a returning International student when admitted to the programme by a Programme Co-‐ ordinator. This letter is also generated for a new International student who has already received an offer letter (above), when their University Admission is approved. Conditional offer – International This letter is created when a Programme decision of ‘Accept’ is entered however, University admission has not yet been offered.
