Thank you for booking your party with us. We look forward to welcoming you at VQ. Please
find below our terms & conditions for large party bookings.
The Christmas menus are available for parties of 8 up to 50 in our restaurant. For this choice
of menu we ask you & your guests to pre order before the event.
We would be more than happy to accommodate any dietary requirements with 48 hours notice.
For party reservations it is our company policy to secure the booking with a deposit of £10
per person. If numbers are reduced or the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
then all or part of the deposit will be charged. The total deposit paid less any charges will be
deducted from the final bill. We are sorry that this is a requirement but our experience dictates
this precaution.
All bills need to be paid in full on the day of the party.
