Phase one - Functionality      Conformance to the technical & international equipment specification – 80 points Goods supply programme – 5 points Quality Declaration, management system and Quality Plan – 5 points Conforming material and test certificate – 5 points List of contracts for the supply of similar goods in the past five (5) years – 5 points Only bidders scoring a minimum of 90 points out of 100 for functionality will be considered for further evaluation on Price and B-BBEE.
