Phase one - Functionality Resource Proposal - 40 points Maintenance Programme - 30 points References and Experience - 30 points Only bidders scoring a minimum of 60 points out of 100 for functionality will be considered for further evaluation on Price and B-BBEE. Phase two – Price and B-BBEE This Bid will be scored using the 90:10 preferential points system with 90 reflecting Price and 10 reflecting B-BBEE recognition. In order to qualify for B-BBEE recognition, ACSA will only accept B-BBEE certificates from SANAS accredited verification agencies and IRBA as proof of B-BBEE status.
