Attendance of compulsory site meeting 20 October 2014 at 15h00. 2. Bidders must have a minimum CIDB grading of 4CE or higher. 3. Acceptance of ACSA Terms & Conditions of Bid. 4. Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate. NB: No tender will be awarded to any person whose tax matters have not been declared to be in order by the South African Revenue Services. EVALUATION Bidders must satisfy the Mandatory Administration Criteria in order for them to be evaluated further.
