Select the Sales/Purchase tab and click the Sales/Purchase Credit Note tab and then tap
New.
Choose the company. The transactions are always provided for a particular firm. When
you are providing a transaction via the web interface, the firm is set to default but can be
changed also.
Now choose Account. The Tax Treatment field will fill automatically while defining the
transaction type information.
To determine the period and fiscal year updated when the journal posts, provide the
Date. The date will automatically change according to the current data of your device or
system.
Now in the Payment Terms field, choose the payment terms.
Type the Reference and hit the Save button.
Give a click on New Item to add a line item to this transaction.
Mention the Product & Amount.
Hit the Save button now. Here in the Tax Breakdown section, you can view tax
information.
Give a click on Print and to get a draft PDF of the invoice. The draft label appears on this
document.
Give a click on Post as the posting rules are applied to the ledger account & dimension
rules.
