John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, a four year Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba, and has earned the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Canadian Council of Human Resource Management Associations. He has been a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba since 1997. In addition, John has over 15 years of leadership experience in the aviation field.
