How to Consign with us?
Worn with LUV accepts name brand, gently worn children’s clothing, newborn through size 8. Maternity, baby equipment, nursery
furniture and toys are also taken on consignment.
Consignments are accepted during the week (Tues-Fri) by appointment for your first drop off. We ask that you limit each drop off
to 30-40 items. After your first time consigning with Worn with LUV, all consignments are accepted on a “drop and run” system. When we
process your items, we will put the items we are not accepting for sale back in your bin. Any “return” items not picked up within the 14day time frame of the date you are notified will be donated . Please don’t be offended if we say “no thank you” to items you have asked to
consign. You may have some great brands, but the style, wear or age of the clothing may prevent us from accepting them.
We ask that you drop off either clothing/shoes OR toys & accessories (non-clothing). A bin of mixed items slows us down and causes us to
miss steps. To ensure that all your items get processed in a timely manner, we must ask that your bins are not mixed.

The consignment period for all items is 75 days.
a. Clothing and shoes will sell at full price for 20 days. It will then be automatically discounted 20% and 40% each 20
day period. Consignors receive 50% of the selling price. Prices are determined by Worn with LUV and are
approximately 35-50% of the original sales price.
b. Toys, Equipment and Furniture items will sell at full price for 20 days. They will then be automatically discounted
10% and 20% each 20 day period. Consignors receive 40% of the selling price. Prices are determined by Worn
with LUV and are approximately 50% of original sales prices, based on age and condition.
c. Books will sell at full price for 20 days. They will then be automatically discounted 10% and 20% each 20 day
period. Consignors receive 40% of the selling price. Prices are determined by Worn with LUV and are
approximately 35% of original sales prices, based on age and condition.
There is an annual consigning fee of $10.00. Fees will be deducted from your account at time of consignment and then will
be deducted yearly sometime during your yearly renewal month. These fees help to cover the initial account set-up and
account maintenance. This fee also helps to cover the online access to your consignor account.
A tagging fee will be added to each item to help defray operating costs. The consignor’s balance is not affected and these fees
will not be reflected on your item list.
We communicate with our consignors primarily through email and newsletters. It is a consignor’s responsibility to make
sure that they are reading emails and newsletters in a timely manner. Please make sure that you add Worn with LUV to your
address book so that our emails don’t end up in your SPAM folder. We also ask that we are notified as soon as an email
address is changed.
You will receive a pick-up notification for all unsold merchandise via an e-mail from Worn with LUV prior to your pick-up
date. All unsold merchandise not picked up within the 15-day time frame of the date you are notified with, becomes the
property of Worn with LUV and will be disposed of at management discretion. Merchandise may not be picked up during
any other time during the consignment period. Items that are picked up prior to the 15-day time frame are subject to a $5
processing fee.
Monthly checks will be processed at the beginning of each month, for those accounts with a minimum $15.00 balance and
you have options for how you can receive your money which will be selected when you sign your consignment
agreement. Balances less than $15.00 may use their account as a store credit, or can wait until their account balance reaches
$15.00. Worn with LUV is not responsible for lost checks. Stop payment fees for lost checks will be the responsibility of the
consignor. Stop payment fees will be due in advance if a stop payment is requested. Stop payments fees are $40.00 per check.
Replacement checks will be issued 48 hours after a stop payment is issued by our bank.
a. You can choose to leave the money on your account for use as store credit in the store. Choosing this option
would mean that you would never get a check written for you.

You can pick your check up at the store after you receive your email notification of payment. We will ask that
you sign for your check when you pick it up.
c. You can have your check mailed to you if you prefer. There will be a $1.00 processing fee that will be deducted
from the total that is being mailed to you.
d. You can have the money on your account transferred to a PayPal account. There will be a $1.00 processing fee
that will be deducted from the total that is being transferred to you. It does not cost you any money to set up a
PayPal account and it does not cost you anything to transfer money from a PayPal account to your bank account.
Although it is our priority to protect your items, Worn with LUV is not responsible or liable for any damage to, depreciation
of, theft, customer damage, or loss of articles while in its custody; however, Worn with LUV will do their utmost to protect
the merchandise and to ensure a happy consignor. The consignor agrees to hold Worn with LUV free of any and all losses
whatsoever.
Consignment Options:
We currently have the ability to not only sell items in our store location but we can also sell items
in our online store and on eBay. We will give all our consignors the option to sell their items in all Worn with LUV storefronts AND
on eBay. The chart below will outline the differences in the two options.
Selling in Worn with LUV & on Worn with LUV online
Selling your items at Worn with LUV means that your items will
be listed for sale in our brick & mortar store and in our online
store ONLY. Some items, based on our discretion, will also be
put on our Facebook page.
All items sold in our store and in our online store follow the
discount schedule based on the type of item.
There are no additional fees for selling your items.
Selling in all storefronts including on eBay
If you choose to sell your items on eBay, you gain greater
exposure and the likelihood of your items selling increases.
Those people who are selling on eBay are seeing more of their
items sell and are bringing less items home at the end of the
consignment period.
All items sold on eBay stay at their original price and do not drop
with our discount schedule. This means that if your item sells on
eBay on the last day of the consignment period, you are getting
your % on the full price and not the discounted price.
The fees to sell on eBay are high and because of this we are now
deducting final value fees from all items sold on eBay. If the
item doesn’t sell, you don’t pay a fee. If the item does sell, you
will see 5% of your earnings deducted from the item.

Toys & Accessories (NON-Clothing)
We accept these items at all times based on need. While there is
usually a great demand for these items, we reserve the right to ask
you to wait if we have too many of one item that you wish to
consign.
