1.5 oz Solveig Gin 1 oz Dolin dry vermouth 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice ½ oz fresh lime juice ½ oz simple syrup 1.5 oz cucumber water (peal and puree English cucumber with water and strain through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth) Put all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into glass over ice. 2 oz Solveig Gin 1 oz Angelica Liqueur from GrandTen Distillery in Boston (order here); we prefer this to St. Germain 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice Shake over ice and strain into glass; garnish with fresh thyme. BASIL COLLINS

2.5 oz Solveig Gin ½ oz fresh lemon juice ½ oz simple syrup 5 basil leaves Club soda Muddle basil and simple syrup in cocktail shaker; add lemon juice, gin and ice; shake, strain and pour over ice. Top with club soda NICK & NORA

2 oz Solveig Gin ½ oz Breckenridge Bitters from Breckenridge Distillery; available at South Lyndale Liquors in Minneapolis (they also ship) ½ oz simple syrup ½ oz fresh lime juice Rim glass with rosemary. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass; garnish with rosemary sprig. GIMLET

2 oz Solveig 1 oz fresh blood orange juice ¾ oz simple syrup Combine with ice in glass, top with tonic or seltzer and garnish with rosemary. SOLVEIG GIN & TONIC
A grapefruit wedge or cucumber spear instead of a lime is sublime. Get the best tonic you can find, like Fever-­‐Tree or Q Tonic. A premium spirit deserves a premium tonic that is made without artificial flavorings and sweeteners. SOLVEIG GIN SOUR

2 oz Solveig Gin ¾ oz Aperol 1 oz lemon juice ¾ oz simple syrup 1 egg white (optional) Add all ingredients into mixing glass egg white and lemon juice first. Shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white. Add ice shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into glass. CORPSE REVIVER #2

1.5 oz Solveig Gin 1 oz Campari 1 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth 2 dashes grapefruit bitters Put all ingredients in a rocks glass. Add ice. Stir to chill. Garnish with a grapefruit peel. MADE WITH ÅLANDER SPICED RUM DARK & STORMY
2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum 3 oz Ginger Beer ½ oz lime juice Combine all ingredients in tall glass with ice. Stir. CUBA LIBRE
2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum 1 lime Coke Squeeze lime into a Collins glass, add ice, pour in rum; Drop in half of spent lime and fill with Coke. Easy & Oskey Cobra Kai
2 oz Ålander Spiced Rum 2 oz fresh sour 1/8 t Easy & Oskey Habañero Bitters, or to taste Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a small Collins glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Sour mix recipe: Heat 3 cups water and 1 ½ cups sugar until sugar dissolved. Add 6 oz. lime juice and 6 oz. lemon juice.
