Howard Jackson. th Feedback from Circuit Meeting 17 March Finance: The treasurer, Martyn Boyce reported that at the half-year point, income was £1500 less than expenditure, but that the situation would right itself by year-end. Property: The Property Steward, Malcom Gilroy reported that the annual returns were now being input on-line. Unfortunately, the system cannot cope with a church that owns no property, like Holyhead which pays rent for the use of St. David’s church. The system changes are not scheduled until September. Local Preachers: Dr. Ian Russell was accepted by the Circuit as an Accredited Local Preacher, in accordance with the Local Preachers’ Meeting recommendation.
