It’s an incredibly efficient workout that gives you results oriented effectiveness. SINGLE: 3 – 45 minute Kick Boxing Sessions, $60 GROUP OF 2: 3 – 45 minute Kick Boxing Sessions, $100 GROUP OF 3-6: 3 – 45 minute Kick Boxing Sessions, $150 6 Week Bootcamp – 1 hour Workout, $200 Pay for 5 sessions and 1 session is free. Bootcamp Summer Session Dates: Sunday & Wednesday – June 7 to July 15 Sunday & Wednesday – July 26 to August 30 Socaparty Celebration – 1 hour, $120 Celebrate your life with 10 friends or less and have a “Dance and Sweat” birthday workout that will not be forgotten. $10 for each additional person. Get your towel and runners ready! 2-song selection by the birthday celebrant, but songs must be given in advance. Socacize Workout – 1 hour Workout Socacize is an exhilarating Caribbean workout. It is a creative blend of high/low impact aerobics combined with African and Caribbean dance movements. The music used is calypso, soca, zouk, reggae, salsa, and dancehall. The ultimate goal of the program is to workout with carefully selected music and movements. Class sessions of once a week only occur when a minimum of 6 participants pay $80 in advance for 8 weeks. Drop in class, $15 per person. This will ensure the cost for rental facility is covered and time of participants and instructor are valued. If you have to reschedule, you will do so with a minimum 24 hours notice. • We agree that your Kickboxing sessions are important to you. If you need to reschedule, the new date will be done within a month’s time. • Sessions for Kickboxing and Bootcamp cancelled with less than 24 hours notice can be rearranged, but will incur a $25 cancellation fee. I certainly understand that life “happens”, and will accommodate emergencies on a case-by-case basis, but I value your time as well as my own. • Session fees are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to use your sessions for any reason, you may put the remaining sessions on hold until the next scheduled Bootcamp or Kickboxing Schedule. • Should you decide to “quit” the process without completing your sessions and no rescheduling is arranged within a month’s time, you will lose those sessions and your payment will not be refunded. • Depending on how many sessions are remaining, you may have the option of transferring your balance to the 3 - 45 min Kickboxing Session or the next Bootcamp dates. Cases will be addressed on a one-on-one basis, but should you decide to quit the process and after rescheduling has been attempted within the previously stated time period, you will lose those sessions and your money will not be refunded. • If a session is cancelled without 24 hours notice, your session will be refunded. • I reserve the right to change the future prices and packages I offer, but will always honour the agreed rate for the agreed time period that was set at the beginning of our work together. However, should you decide to continue your coaching work with me past the amount of sessions already agreed upon, there’s no guarantee the rates will be the same with reasonable time allotment. • We agree to be open with each other. The fitness industry does not have a one size fits all solution. I am dedicated to working with you as an individual, providing you with my best solutions. What I do not know, I will research. If I cannot help, the best recommendation is for you to consult your doctor.
