Date March, 2015 Hi Everyone, We hope you managed to survive the brutal weather and are looking forward to the market season in our new location. The staff at the Museum of Nature are as excited as we are. The market map is a rough draft. All stalls are 10 X 10 and located across the front of the Museum. The hours of the market will remain 9-‐2 o’clock. As this is a residential neighbourhood we have been reminded of the noise bylaw and that this means no unloading before 7 a.m. There wil be no anchors for the tents so you will have to provide equipment to ensure tents are safe. We are suggesting water containers (the big blue ones) as there is water available on site. It is also important that you leave your stall space clean at the end of the day and take your garbage home with you. Payment like in other years can be in two installments, May 1 and August 1. We are currently investigating parking for vendors. There is a lot not far away. Advertising is underway in the local papers and through the Museum’s contact list. We will also poster the neighbourhood and approach residential building managers to allow us to put up posters. We are looking forward to a great season in a beautiful location with a high population density! Greer and Dave
