TENDER PAPER FOR ENGAGEMENT OF CANTEEN CONTRACTOR AT OMFED TRAINING & DEMONSTRATION CENTRE(OMTDC), JAGANNATHPUR The OMFED Training & Demonstration Centre (OMTDC), with address At/Po: Jagannathpur, Via: Balianta, Dist: Khurda, PIN- 752101 a state level training centre is located 3 KMs away from NH:05, Phul Nakhara Chhack on the Niali route. The centre requires a Canteen Contractor on annual contract basis to run the canteen for the trainees for a period of one year w.e.f. 16.11.2014 to 15.11.2015. The details of engagement of Canteen Contractor are as follows. 1. The training centre runs about 250-260 days in a year. 2. On an average, the no of participants may vary from 30 to 35 per day. 3. The interested party having experience may apply to the CMD, OMFED, D-2,Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar on or before 12.00 Noon of dt.07.11.2014 and the same will be opened at 3 PM on the same day in presence of the tendered or his representative. CMD has got every right to cancel any/all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 4. One can apply in plain paper with self bio-data (Name, Father’s name, Age, Full permanent & mailing address, experience details etc.), quote price and must attach Experience certificate & Identity proof (Voter identity card), Pan No. and Service Tax Regd. No. 5. Demand Draft of Rs.10000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as EMD which is refundable must be accompanied along with the tender paper drawn in favor of Manager, OMTDC, Jagannathpur payable at Bhubaneswar. 6. The contractor should supply the following menu to the participants. A. Full Tea on Morning (100 ml.) B. BREAKFAST: Standard size of 8 nos. of Puri / 8 nos. of Idli / 3 nos. Paratha /Full Plate of Upama with required quantity of Veg. Curry (Full plate) with a cup of 100 ml. standard tea. C. LUNCH: Good quality rice of required quantity, Dal 40 Gms. Per head (Raw), Vegetable Fry one plate, Veg. Curry required quantity / Non Veg. Fish Curry 2pices/ Mutton 125 Gms. / Chicken 150 Gms. with Potato and minimum of ¼ th pieces of lemon, Salad & pampad. One no of Sweet for vegetarian only. D. EVENING SNACKS: Five numbers of Standard sizes of Bara / Piaji / Alu Chop/100 gms. of Pakodi / Biscuit and a cup of 100 ml. standard Tea. E. DINNER: Good quality rice/ Roti of required quantity, Dal 40 gms. Per head (Raw), Vegetable Fry of one plate, Veg. Curry required quantity / Non Veg Curry (Egg – 02 no with Potato) or Chhincheda & Salad. One no of sweet of standard size for vegetarian only. 7. In a week from Monday to Sunday there shall be minimum 10 (ten) times non vegetarian curry, ( Three times egg + 3 times Fish + 1 time mutton + 1 time Chicken and 2 times Chhincheda) as stated below in the table. The Contractor should submit the experience Certificate in the field having the no of manpower category wise (Cook, Boy & helper) 9. The tendered should quote the rate against Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner separately including washing, cleaning gas/fuel expenses & any other taxes if any. 10. The successful contractor has to execute an agreement with security deposit of Rs.10000.00 (Ten Thousand only)and food license to avail the work order within three (3) days without fail. Otherwise it will be presumed that the party is not interested and his EMD shall be forfeited. EMD can be converted to security deposit on written request. 11. Utensils required for cooking & dinning, store etc. and a quarter will be provided to the successful contractor obtaining the work order. 12.
