middle school. (See a greeter for directions.)

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY MEETING – We have a meeting today,

provided. All parents, teachers, prospective teachers and others
who are interested are encouraged to attend.
ELDERS MEET today at 1 p.m. in the Gathering Room.
PHOTOS ARE NEEDED to complete our online directory. If you
haven’t had your photograph taken in the past year here at
Bethany, or haven’t provided a photo, we’ll have volunteer
photographers in the foyer today and next Sunday after worship.
THE “WHY WE RELAY” display is in the foyer today. If you or a
loved one are currently fighting cancer, are a cancer survivor, or if
a loved one with cancer has passed, please fill out a form at the
display to be included. If you have done this in the past, there’s no
need to fill out another form, unless there are updates to be made.
Also, Relay for Life t-shirts are available to order from Gina
Collins. The $15 payment is due at the time it is ordered.
“PARENTS NIGHT OUT” is this Saturday, February 14, from 5-9

fun and food for them, and a night off for yourself!
THE FCA GOLF TOURNAMENT is planned for Monday, March 2,
at Oak Mt. Golf Course. Registration is at 8:45 a.m., and a
shotgun start at 10 a.m. If you’d be interested in playing on a team

Missions program.
THE YOUTH BAKING MINISTRY meets this Tuesday, February
10, from 6-7:30 p.m. See Jenn Nasser for more information.
OUR PHONETREE has been repaired and is working again, so
we can communicate with everyone in the event of deaths,
cancellations, etc. If you did not receive a message from Bethany
on Wednesday of this past week, and would like to receive
PhoneTree messages, please contact the church office. If you
would like to have your number removed from the list, and receive
notifications by email instead, please call the office as well.
THE “BACKPACK PROGRAM” is sponsored by the Messenger’s
Class, to provide food items for children at risk in our community.
If you’d like to help by providing individual ready-to-eat items
(pudding/jello/fruit cups, cheese crackers, pop-tarts, grits, oatmeal,
juice boxes, cereal cups/bars, etc.), either bring these items to the
church office, or leave them in the Messenger’s Classroom.
BETHANY IS INVITED to the wedding of Jennifer Bridges and
Brian Scott on Saturday, February 28, at 1:30 p.m., here at
Bethany. A reception will follow. Please RSVP to 770-846-6601, or
see the signup sheet in the foyer by February 15.

Pantry for February is canned fruit. There is a bin in the foyer to
