http://data.nysed.gov/ ● Building Condition Survey ● Request For Proposal (RFP) sent to three firms. CPL and Sandberg Kessler replied. CPL low quote and services will be completed by the November 15, 2015 deadline. High School Principal Report: ● Testing went very smoothly. Students took them seriously and the principals did their best to relieve students stress and provide fun activities around the testing. Science tests will be administered in June. ● Teachers will soon receive staff development training in the creation of questions for formative and summative assessments of student progress versus standards. ● We will be analyzing our math data to fill in the gaps and continue to vertically align our curriculum. ● The most important thing we must remember is to stay student focused. st​

at the music competition at Darien Lake. ● The end of the year field trips we have planned all have a strong academic focus. Elementary Principal Report: ● Testing­ the Math exam was considered a fair assessment of student progress versus the standards. ● ELA scores should be good but we still have gaps. Analysis of our assessment data will aid in addressing these gaps. ● Elementary has a number of field trips planned for the end of the year. All include an academic focus. New Business: ● Board approved the excusal of 6­8 grade students, who are not taking assessments, from attending school from June 16 through June 25, 2015. ● Board appointed RA Mercer for auditing services through June 2020. ● Board approved budget transfers for legal fees and long term substitute appointments. ● Board accepted the resignation of Jennifer Reid, monitor, effective April 24, 2015. ● Board Appointed ● Michelle Godfrey as long­term substitute for the 2015­2016 school year to fill the vacancy caused by the child rearing leave of Jasmine Cusimano, Occupational Therapist. ● Extracurricular: ▪ Elementary Play Director­ Kasey Way ▪ Elementary Play Assistant­ Bob Terryberry ● Instructional Substitutes: ● Ehrich Zollinger – Physical Education ● Michelle Godfrey – Occupational Therapist ● Non­Instructional Substitutes: ▪ Candace Stawitsky –Teacher Aide, Monitor, Library, Clerical ● Athletics: ▪ Randolph Trim – Volunteer­ JV Baseball
