VACANCY NOTICE OPEN TO INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CANDIDATES Title: Location: Duration: Vacancy No Grade: Date: Closing Date: Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant IOM Kabul 2 Months with possibility of extension VN-KBL-023/15 Consultant 22 April 2015 04 May 2015 Background: Under direct supervision of the CCI Programme Manager (PM), in close coordination with Senior M&E Assistant and other relevant units of the programme, the Consultant will provide key support to the CCI programme Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (M&EU) with specific focus on the processing of Final Evaluation Reports (FERs) for grants under the program, including consolidation of lessons learned. Duties and Responsibilities:  Develop FERs as per provided quantity and schedule ensuring that full FER process is followed (data collection, analysis, cross-checking, verification, etc.) in order to ensure proper documentation and accurate and timely reporting.  Maintain FER Tracker including related Payment Completion Forms (PCFs) tracker.  Support Senior M&E Assistant in development of M&E Plans.  Support Senior M&E Assistant in consolidation and dissemination of lessons learned information, including responses to IMU findings.  Support Senior M&E Assistant in his tasks, as required.  Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
