amount of space.
If you are using this voicemail feature
1.

The space taken up by a 1 MB attachment is equivalent to the space taken up
by approximately 100 standard email messages. If you save large
attachments to your Personal Z: drive then remove them from the email you
will free up space in your mailbox.
Either view the message in your reading pane or open the message
1.
Right click on the attachment > choose Save As
2.
Save the attachment to a folder in Z:\My Documents
When you are satisfied that the file has been saved you can remove the
attachment or delete the email.
