1) How to create a User Profile
a) Sign on to TEAMS by typing https://teams.proexam.org/ in your browser window.
b) Click on the “Register” link.
c) In the “Personal Details” tab, enter all data. Mandatory fields are denoted by a * (asterisk)
next to it. You will have to enter in those fields in order to proceed to the next page. This is
applicable for all pages in this application.
d) If you are a US Citizen/Permanent Resident, fill in the Social Security Number fields. It is
critical that you provide your correct social security number as PES requires filing 1099s with
the IRS.
e) Click on the “Next Step” button.

In the “Security Details” tab, all fields are mandatory. So, fill them up. Make sure to note
your password. You need this to be able to log in to the application.
g) Click on the “Next Step” button.
h) The “Payment Information” tab is for Proctors and CEs to set up their payment related
information. The following are the various options for payment:
a) Check: If Proctors and CEs would like to be paid by check, then select this option.
b) Direct Deposit: With Direct Deposit, the payment will be made directly to the Checking
account of the Bank and Account Number mentioned here.
c) Wire Transfer: If you choose Wire Transfer, you will have to enter the “Swift Code” in
addition to the other mandatory data. To obtain information regarding how to obtain
the Swift Code, there is a link immediately below the “Swift Code” label. Click on it.
d) Proxy: If this option is selected, then the payments (Checks) will be sent to the CE who
will then distribute it to the Proctors.

Click on the “Next Step” button.
Read the “Security/Non-Disclosure Agreement” and select the checkbox.
k) If you intend to act as a Chief Examiner, then select the “Yes” radio button on “Do you
intend to act as a Chief Examiner?” If not select “No” and click on the “Complete
Registration” button.

If you are a CE residing outside of the United States of America and are willing to accept
payments on behalf of the Proctors, then select “Yes” on “Would you be willing to accept
payments on behalf of Proctors working for you?”
m) Click on the “Complete Registration” button.
2) How to edit the data you just entered
If, at any point, you want to edit the data you have entered during the registration process, you
could do any of the following:
a) During the process of registration, click on any of the tabs (1. Personal Details, 2. Security
Details, 3. Payment Information, and 4. Agreements). If you have entered data into the
fields, and before clicking on the “Next Step” (or “Complete Registration”) buttons if you
click on the different tabs, then a warning message will pop-up. Click on “OK” to navigate to
the desired page. You will lose any data that you have entered into the current page.
b) During the process of registration, you could click on the “Edit” link in any of the sections, in
the left hand panel. It will navigate to that page. If you have entered data into the fields, and
before clicking on the “Next Step” (or “Complete Registration”) buttons if you click on the
“Edit” link, then a warning message will pop-up. Click on “OK” to navigate to the desired
page. You will lose any data that you have entered into the current page.
c) After completing registration, you can click on the “Edit” links in various sections on the
“Profile Overview” page.
3) Payment to IBAN Countries
If you select an IBAN country (ex: Italy) in the Personal Details tab, then if you select Preferred
payment method = “Wire Transfer” in the Payment Information tab, you will have to enter the
“IBAN” code for the Country. Contact your bank to obtain the IBAN code.
4) How to login to the application
a) Enter your “Username” and “Password”. (Password is case sensitive)
b) Click on the “Log In” button.
5) How to retrieve your password
a) On the “Sign In” page, click on the “Forgot username or password?” link.
b) Enter the username into the “Username or Email address” box.
c) Click on the “Submit” button.
d) In the next page, enter the answer to the security question.
e) Click on the “Submit” button.
f) Enter the new password into the “New Password” field and re-enter it into the “Confirm
new password” field. (Make sure to note down the password)
g) Click on the “Change Password” button.
h) In the Password Changed page, click on the “Go to your profile page” link to go back to the
“Your Profile” page.
6) How to retrieve your username
a) On the “Sign In” page, click on the “Forgot username or password?” link.
b) Enter the Email address into the box.
c) Click on the “Submit” button.
d) In the Reset Login page, click on the “Go to login page” link to go back to the Login page.
