Gordon was born October 24, 1935 and passed
away peacefully on Wednesday, October
15, 2014 at the age of 78 years. He leaves
behind his loving wife Donna; daughter Linda
McKinnon (Don); grandchildren Douglas and
Kasandra McKinnon and sister Eileen Parker.
He was predeceased by his son Douglas in
1972.
A Celebration of Gordon’s Life will be held
at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall (9303
5 Street SE, Calgary) on Friday, October
24, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Condolences may be

PAUL BLUCK
Paul Bluck (Bowser, BC) passed away peacefully on Monday, October 13, 2014 with Delores, his
loving wife of 56 years, at his side.
After 18 years in various jobs in Calgary and
farm work in the Olds area, Paul and Delores returned to their dream and went farming NW of Olds
for the next 22 years. Paul’s passion for his animals
was evident in the many stories about their exploits.
In August 1990, Paul and Delores moved to
Bowser on Vancouver Island to enjoy the ocean for
“5 years at the most” and remained there ever since.
Paul will be sorely missed for his teasing sense
of humour and his ability to string you along even
when you ought to know better.
He is survived by his wife Delores, brother Anthony and sister Margaret Zimmerman, both of Olds
Alberta, many brothers and sisters-in-law, special
friends Michelle and Ray Bailey (Comox, BC) and
nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held in Olds, Alberta
at a later date.
