"When uncertain about God’s will, it is very important that we tell ourselves: ‘Even if there are aspects
of God’s will that escape me, there are always others that I know for sure and can invest in without any
risk, knowing that this investment always pays dividends.’ These certainties include fulfilling the duties of our state in life and practicing the essential points of every Christian vocation. There is a defect
here that needs to be recognized and avoided: finding ourselves in darkness about God’s will on an important question . . . we spend so much time searching and doubting or getting discouraged, that we
neglect things that are God’s will for us every day, like being faithful to prayer, maintaining trust in
God, loving the people around us here and now. Lacking answers about the future, we should prepare
to receive them by living today to the full."

Immortal God, holy Lord,
Father and Protector of all You have created,
we raise our hearts to You today for those
who have passed out of this mortal life.
In Your loving mercy, Father of all,
be pleased to receive them in Your heavenly company,
and forgive the failings and faults
they may have done from human frailty.
Your only Son, Christ, our Saviour,
suffered so cruelly that
He might deliver them from the second death.
By his merits may they share in the glory
of His victory over sin and death.
For all the faithful who have died we pray,
but in particular for those dear to us,
parents, relatives and friends.
nor do we forget all who did good to us while on earth,
who helped us by their prayers, sacrifice and example.
We pray also for any who may have done us harm,
and stand in special need of Your forgiveness.
May the merits and prayers of our Virgin Mother,
Mary, and those of all the Angels and Saints,
speak for us and assist them now.
This we ask in Christ's name.
Amen.

During this month when we especially remember those who
have died, please consider making the donation of a Mass in
honor of your loved one. The mass intention book and Purgatorial Society are both taking names at this time. There will be
Mass cards available as many people prefer to give the gift
of a Mass for a Sympathy or Christmas gift. If you would
like to receive a Mass card with your petition, please see Red in
the office. We will not be mailing these cards. Please feel free to
call 920-435-7548 in order to schedule a Mass or if you have
any questions.
Thank you, SS. Peter and Paul parishioners. Over 800
pounds of food was collected last week in our food drive and
delivered to Paul’s Pantry. Please continue to bring bags of nonperishable food items to Church each Sunday and leave them in
the back or front church entrances. Your generosity and sharing
with those in need demonstrates your faith in God and your love
for your neighbor.
Did you notice a special St. Vincent de Paul envelope in
your November offertory envelopes? Please use them to contribute dollars to our Parish St. Vincent de Paul Conference.
This money will be used by our Vincentians to help the poor of
our parish. It will help your neighbors in need from becoming
homeless. It will help your neighbors in need heat their homes.
It will help your neighbors in need pay their medical bills. It
will help your neighbors in need get a ride to work. It will help
your neighbors in need to learn a trade. Please be generous as
our funds are running low and winter is coming quickly. Thank
you.

Sacred Space Reminder
The church is a place of prayer both private and public and, most importantly, sacred. We would like to remind those
who like to socialize and visit before or after mass that this is offensive to some people who are looking for some quiet
time of prayer. Community is important as a part of a faith family, so we welcome you to converse in the Father Schuh
and Fatima Halls, or outside if weather permits. Thank you for your gracious cooperation!
Coffee and Donuts
We will be serving coffee, juice and goodies in the Father Schuh Hall after the 10 AM mass. It is a nice time for fellowship,
meeting new parishioners and visitors. We are looking for people to donate fruit, baked goods, or juice AND for people to
host a Sunday (or two or three!). You can work with someone else if you wish. If you can help please contact the parish office by email ([email protected]), Cindy Parent (866-2164), or sign up in the Father Schuh Hall.
Come meet some new parishioners!

"We do not come to church to attend the service as
a spectator, but in order, along with the priest, to
serve God. Everything we do—our entering, being
present, our kneeling and sitting and standing, our
reception of the sacred nourishment—should be
divine service. This is so only when all we do overflows from the awareness of a collected heart and
the mind’s attentiveness."

Gracias.
