We want this to be a great experience for everyone, so please consider the following information when forming your plan. WE CANNOT STRESS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ENOUGH: Please plan to start your journey early in the day. If you're not within the vicinity of the Flora-Bama by early afternoon (say 2PM), chances are high that you won't make it to the show in time. Regional infrastructure will be operating at maximum capacity and WILL RESULT in long wait times and strained traffic en route to the event. We therefore ask that you plan ahead and bring your patience and goodwill on Saturday. WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THE ATTENDANCE OF MINORS AND INFANTS. Please take careful consideration with regard to the heat, exposure to sun, walking distances and long wait times when it comes to your RSVP party. FLORA-BAMA-JAMA RSVP WRISTBAND WILL CALL INFORMATION: NOTE FOR GUESTS WITH A CONFIRMED SHUTTLE TICKET PURCHASE: As stated during your shuttle ticket purchase process, shuttle ticket purchasers will pick up their EVENT wristbands at their chosen parking location prior to accessing the shuttle and WILL NOT have to go to the EVENT will call at Flora-Bama. For everyone else, the best way to help your RSVP group lessen wait times on August 16th will be to pick up your wristbands at will call PRIOR TO SATURDAY. This option also has limited capacity and is available for those lodging on the beach road in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. There is no public parking access for the beach trolley. Trolley buses will run on Friday and Saturday to and from the Flora-Bama. You will need to have a valid RSVP AT WILL CALL to use the beach trolley. There is a $10 charge (cash only) for round trip paid when boarding the bus and there will be 9 bus stops on the beach road starting in Gulf Shores and ending at The Flora-Bama-Jama event site. Trolleys run from 8:00am to 10:00pm PERSONAL VEHICLE TRAFFIC There will be NO PARKING AVAILABLE at the Flora-Bama or near the FloraBama. If travelling by vehicle with confirmed RSVP, we recommend that you utilize one of the options mentioned above or have someone drop you off at a designated "drop-off/turnaround". Access to the event could involve a long walk so please plan ahead and plan accordingly. Stay hydrated and do not attempt to walk to the event if you are not in good physical condition. FOOT TRAFFIC Walking to the event (if you can do so safely) is possible if you are staying close to the Flora-Bama (within 1 or 2 miles). Your safety is our primary concern and you should not attempt to walk unless you are in good physical condition and stay hydrated. We would also suggest walking with friends. You will be responsible for your safe return home after the event. Lighting conditions vary at night along the road and beach so you should be cautious of vehicular traffic. Rules and Regulations: What you can bring:         Blankets Umbrellas (small hand-held style) - no beach or land mounted umbrellas Baby strollers (THIS EVENT WILL NOT BE A PLACE FOR A CHILD DUE TO THE HEAT/CROWD SIZE/WALKING/WAITING) PLEASE DO NOT BRING MINOR CHILDREN. Regular-size/unframed backpacks Empty plastic or aluminum water bottle, Empty Camelbak Binoculars Personal cameras, including digital cameras, DSLR's with stock lenses, point-and-shoot cameras, GoPros (no sticks, no headgear) and traditional film cameras. GoPro attachments like sticks & monopods are not allowed. Professional attachments not accompanied by a Photo pass in the concert area must have a photo credential attached to it. No video recording will be allowed. Professional/Non-personal use radios or walkie-talkies Professional cameras, including detachable zoom lenses, flashes, tripods, monopods and any other professional recording equipment. Go-Pros will be allowed (handheld only - no sticks or headgear). No Laser Pointers of any kind.         Detachable zoom lenses, telephoto lenses and other professional equipment like tripods, monopods, stools, stands, sticks, etc. are NOT allowed UNLESS accompanied by a photo credential.
